Dr. Hamid Mousavi

Dr. Mousavi is a graduate of McMaster University and the University of Toronto. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a keen interest in digital dentistry, family care, orthodontics, pediatrics, and cosmetics. Dr. Mousavi grew up in Toronto, and is an avid sportsman, outdoors person, and musician.

He has competed in volleyball, cross-country running, and really enjoys playing the drums. He has had the exciting opportunity to work alongside the medical staff of the Toronto Rock lacrosse team and the Hamilton Tiger Cats. He has volunteered with various local dental outreach programs for youth and individuals with special needs, and has worked with indigenous communities in remote areas of Northern Ontario.

Dr. Mousavi worked in the community of Sundridge for several years before moving to Bracebridge. Dr. Mousavi was drawn to Bracebridge because of the outstanding environment to live in and his passion for outdoor recreation. He now calls Muskoka his home and is looking forward to serving the Bracebridge community.

Dr. Maiya Yokich

Dr. Yokich obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Yokich is accomplished in all areas of general dentistry including restorative, pediatric, endodontic and cosmetic dentistry. Through her practicum at the University of Toronto, she worked with patients with special needs, as well as patients from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.

Dr. Yokich is motivated to provide her patients with a relaxing and comfortable experience. Her goal is to work together with her patients so that they may be active participants in their oral health planning and care. She is also an avid believer in continuing education and looks forward to extending her learning continuously throughout her career to be able to deliver the highest standard of care.

Dr. Yokich was a competitive dancer for most of her life and continues to dance in her spare time. She also enjoys running, hiking, pilates and yoga. One of her favourite things to do—outside of her professional life—is to spend time at her cottage in the Parry Sound District. Her love for the outdoors is what compelled her to move to Muskoka. She is excited to be a part of the Bracebridge community and looks forward to meeting everyone.

Dr. Jeffrey Liang

Dr. Jeffrey Liang was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He completed his Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Western Ontario, and then obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto. Dr. Jeff is interested and experienced in the various aspects of general dentistry, including but not limited to endodontics, prosthodontics, cosmetics, pediatrics, and orthodontics. He is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association.

Dr. Jeff has had the opportunity to work at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, providing general dentistry services to patients requiring specific and tailored approaches to care. He follows a patient-centered approach and works with his patients on their treatment plan, focusing on providing the best care for his patients. Dr. Jeff’s goal is to ensure that his patients are comfortable during the procedure and satisfied with the treatment that he has provided.

Dr. Jeff has a keen interest in tech and enjoys building personal computers as well as 3D printing. He prioritizes spending time with his loved ones and enjoys playing chess in his free time. He also likes spending time outdoors, enjoying activities such as hiking, fishing, and cycling. Dr. Jeff believes that continuing education is of utmost importance to allow him to remain up to date with the newest technologies and developments in dentistry.

As a new member of the Bracebridge-Muskoka community, he looks forward to meeting and helping everyone.
